@@safiyeyaylaoglu8749 Siniya Island is in Umm Al Quwain, an emirate of the UAE near Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. And yes, the clients are as you mentioned for Al Marjan, because of the casino factor. Siniya Island is developed by Sobha, and owning a villa with a private beachfront is a totally different investing game for investors. It's only a 19-minute drive from the upcoming casino, hence a lot of investor traction will move this side. Hope this makes sense.

Mohammed I asked you several times you didn’t answer. You said RAK is another emirate, not like Dubai. Maybe you wanted to say don’t buy from RAK opposite of other brokers. Why you changed your mind now? Maybe you can explain. Also why nobody is talking about Ellington. They have many buildings in RAK which already sold out. And also can somebody tell me why the ROI is very lower now? Someone said it is not season. What that means?
