WARNING! Celebrity Voice changer does NOT allow you to record for more than 30 seconds at a time, and it's only in video format, not mp3. So you are going to have to change the file to mp3 if you are going to use it in a video you will add other photos and video to later. the voices are good though.

Also you can only say things in a normal tone. You can't raise your voice or say things in a yelling tone. It will only comeback in a funny monotone way.
