Overdrive & Vortex is one of the most fun combinations in the game. But it requires you to take damage to get it activated which is dangerous and can end your robot sooner than you thought. Not so on the Ravana. This is probably the only robot that can very safely pull this off and keep 200% Vortex Damage running for an entire match. And although I don't like the Ravana all that much myself and find the playstyle really dumb - played as a Fun Robot with Trolling setups rather than meta-stuff - it actually gets to be something very fun without being completely OP.

I got a good war robots idea: Level 1 Poseidon While the SpaceTech, EvoLife, and many other organizations were developing and engineering close combat robots, the DSC corporation was developing sniper robots. After Behemoth, they pondered how to make a weapon that had range higher than the highest range possible. Out of several trials and errors, they made this robot. Poseidon is a sniper robot that is best at very long range. Equipped with the first ever scope option that lets it target enemies up to 1500m away. To toggle scope, simply tap and hold the screen. This will let Poseidon zoom in, but will get rid of your ability to move and use modules. To exit scope, simply tap the screen. Move controls are replaced with the scope controls. (Example, if you want to move your aim a little to the right, use the controls that were originally move controls and push it to the right.) The built in weapon must accumulate charges like the Trebuchet in order to deal a ton of damage. Damage is based on the amount of charges. Ability: Shapeshift Zoom In mode: This mode deactivates all equipped weapons on the robot in order to activate a huge weapon. Scope controls are explained above. Pressing the fire button while zoomed in will fire the built in laser weapon similar to Trebuchet. After the weapon fires, the robot automatically reverts to normal mode. Normal Mode: This mode will be normal. Without the built in weapon. Hardpoints: 2 Medium, 1 Heavy. Built in weapon damage: 2k per charge Built in weapon max charges: 10 Built in weapon reload time: 3 secs Charges full reload time: 20 seconds Robot Speed: 30kph Robot Health: 100k Cooldown for ability: 5 secs Recommended equipment: Glacier + 2x Cryo, Flux + 2x Molot T, Calamity + 2x Scourge Tell me what you think!

No no no no. There's a difference between running a stupidly OP Storm Ravana that blasts through everyone with no opposition but itself and a Ravana used for troll fun setups. Thats not OP. Vortex cannot even do this amount of damage and carry so hard. But it can troll immensely well and for exotic fun setups I thnk the Ravana isn't quite as bad.

I did the math and I have found out what the maximum amount of damage you can possibly do in one shocktrain hit is. 4 mk2 level 12 shocktrains with no damage boosters can do 53,280 damage. With 3 maxed overdrive units, plus boosters, and the best pilot skills, you do 106,560 damage. With the death mark module, you get the most damage possible for shocktrain, which is 149,184 damage. You get to do 100,000 damage every 7.2 seconds with the pilot skill that decreases your reload by -20%, or 9 seconds without that pilot skill. A F2P who wants to use shocktrain(me!) to its fullest without overspending would probably want to invest in a pilot with +10% shocktrain damage and -20% reload. Level 10 shocktrains do a good enough amount of damage when you have 4 of them, so try to get them to that level. You'll also want to use death mark, and if possible some overdrive units. I calculated and the total amount of damage you can do with three level one overdrive units, four shocktrains, the two pilot skills I mentioned, and death mark is 71,592 damage. If you can't get the overdrive units, then invest more towards an extra one or two pilots skills to improve your damage. With only the pilot skills and level 10 shocktrains, you'll do 40,172 damage every 7 seconds, which is pretty good for a setup that usually stays in the back. That's a total of 22,500 gold, assuming the only thing you have for this setup at the moment is a level one pilot that you got for free somehow.
