One genre that would be nice to be kept up to date on would be, dunno what you'd call it, but like 'casual'? Stuff that you and a few friends/family can cast to TV and hang out, switch off players, and peanut gallery chat from the couch.... Walkabout Mini Golf immediately comes immediately to mind.

I just can't bring myself to play VR multiplayer. Every time I go in, the first thing I hear is a bunch of kids squealing. I immediately think, "What am I doing here?" I feel as out of place as an adult in a bouncy house.

I think it is criminal that battle talent didn't get mentioned. In my opinion it's the better blade and sorcery. It has smoother combat, Parkour and time trials, multiple game modes insane and way cooler legendary weapons an in game mod menu that can be accessed at anytime, difficult intelligent mobs, and even more challenging bosses, and finally and most importantly actual progression with its absolutely bonkers skill tree and spells. I really enjoy how with battle talent it forces your to actually get good and learn how to fight. By the end of the game I feel myself becoming a better swordsman both with in game buffs and also real life techniques. So if you wish there was a game like blade and sorcery that is actually a game and not just a sandbox I can't recommend battle talent enough.

Orbus VR is a Really Fun MMORPG type game, You have multiple Classes you can level up with different weapons and abilities with Dungeons and Outside Enemies to defeat, World Bosses and Events to level up your character!!!! I still Feel like there hasn't been a better or just as good MMORPG game as Orbus so far, but I am hoping one day someone will make one of the BEST MMORPG VR games where you feel like you've trasported to an entirely new World or Transported inside an MMORPG where you can spend 100s of Hours Playing while being immersed in all the mechanics, gameplay and World!!!

I'm almost done with Red Matter 2. I'm not a huge puzzle fan either,but it's so good I'm thinking about trying some other puzzle games. I have The Room as well(my backlog is ridiculous). I'm going to give that a shot next.

The Room is in the same universe as the other Room games for iPad, PC and Apple (I think). If you like it (you will), definitively play those and while you’re at it try House of DaVinci too. Amazing, all.

Red Matter 2 is easily the best looking game ive played in vr, absolutely insane. But after a couple hours I got it refunded once I realized it’s a puzzle game. I love puzzles irl and like them here and there in games but both as the basis of a whole game

There's one game that's practically won me over and that is Hot Dogs, Horseshoes and Handgranades. Hands down the best shooter experience you could ask for with realistic mechanics, modding and tooooons of variety. And with mods it's even better. Not much in terms of other things but still. The best gun sim

Thats just a speculation no true to it at all, and its way to early to judge how well psvr2 will do, 2023 was not even bad with 4 massive exclusive titles for vr, psvr2 was the first headset i thought was even worth buying as i dont want to spend thousands of dollars for headset and a pc to play with good graphics in vr, and as resident evil and gran turismo 7 is pretty much better than anything on the market as combined With both s great flatscreen games as vr games is huge plus,

@@Gamingwithmatteo311 @andreasmoller9798 Yeah the customer acquisition cost of a psvr2 player is so much higher than meta due to needing a ps5, and companies see that. Yeah we may get ports or possible multi platform hits, but why would a company spend the money and manpower to create an exclusive for a niche community/small return on investment vs making a ps5/ps4 exclusive that could make them millions more. It’s sad to say all of this because I bought vr2 day 1, but companies will always follow the money. And unfortunately vr2 is stuck in a bad cyclical decay, ie. people won’t buy because there’s not exclusive blockbusters-and companies won’t develop exclusives because people aren’t buying. Sad but true. But hey, I’ll never sell it.
