I am using Native by Urban company for last 6 months. I had earlier used both Aquaguard and Kent but both comes with a very high maintenance costs whereas Urban company has free service and requires no service for first 2 years and service technician is very professional.

@@sharonkeerthipalla3025 Problems with electronics and electrical components First power adapter failed Next pump motor and float failed after 3 months of purchase. The company relies on 3rd party service. We have to mail the faulty parts and they replace them but we have to bear to and fro courier charges which is one more burden and waste of time

Aqua D pure, i am using since last 8 months, service wise not bad, aqua d pure is also having alkaline water price wise also it is good and the taste of water is good too....

Not at all good, withing 2 weeks tap got broke and no spares. It is very big problem on service. I am using since 8 months. 3 times called for service no one will attend. No escaltion matrix for UC. pathetic service

bhai isuggest dont buy this fucking eco water saver ro uv uf purifier .... mene karida bhai maintainance m ghr jayega muje lagye hue 2 sal hue or 7000 k filter lgwa chuka hu 13k m karida tha ..... or aj yeh band ho gya he check kraya motherboard karab ho gaya he iska jo ayega 3500+ ka... shocking thing is motherboard itni jldi karab bhi ho gya .... bhai kise ki hardik icha ho isko lene ki bhai mujse karid le.
