In Such Case, go for 100% RO that comes with a Mineralizer. TDS Controller models makes TDS lower than 50 if your source is municipal water which is not ideal. 100% RO models like Pureit Eco Water Saver or models with Mineralizer like UC Native add minerals to the purified water and are suitable for all kinds of water sources

As RO removes all the Salts and Minerals from the water, the water purifier brands either add Natural Minerals like Ca, Mg, Sodium, Potassium in required quantities to maintain the TDS Levels and PH. Some brands has a TDS Controller that bypass some water directly to UF without passing through RO. This is also done to maintain TDS Levels

Stainless Steel is tank Material which is better than ABS Plastic but ABS Plastic is also food safe but water should not be stored in it for long time. Copper is a mineral that is added to the purified water along with calcium, magnesium and sodium. Both are equally good. UC is offering 2 Years free service and filter replacement which is an advantage but UC Service is Good only in Cities. Pureit AMC Costs 5000 and the filters last for more than a year.. mostly it depends on the input water quality. If your place has UC service and not third party, you can go with UC. With Pureit you get more storage and good water savings.

M2 is excellent and free AMC for first 2 years. After 2 years amc is 4500 for next 2 years. Only problem is it can’t dispense water if there is a powecut as it comes with touch controls. Working of M1 is also same but it comes with tap and works even when there is a power cut. Purification wise uc models are good and suitable for you

It is not Good. Price is Less but there is no service. As the TDS in your water is 300ppm which is excellent according to WHO and BIS, there is no need for an RO Water Purifier. You can buy a Budget UV UF Model and the Maintenance will also be less. Good models are in the description.

First UF or MF anevi secondary filters, primary purification is RO which is capable of removing salts, metals, bacteria and virus from water. UF ki MF ki difference enti ante ultrafiltration filter has a pore size around 0.01 micron. A microfiltration filter has a pore size around 0.1 micron. Technical ga UF e better. Kani previous ga chepinatu UF or MF anevi secondary stages lo untai, primary purifcation is RO.

Basically both are same except for the Physical Design Appearance. Kent Supreme Alkaline is the Popular model. These Alkaline Models does not involve any chemical process like electrolysis. These models are same like any other RO that comes with a Mineralizer or Mineral Booster where minerals like Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium, Copper are added to the Purified water. Adding these natural minerals in limited quantities is useful for our body. Whether they are in Limited Quantity or not can be determined by the TDS in water. Around 150 to 200 is excellent. Naturally Alkaline water is the water that flows through mountains and rocks and collect minerals from those rocks in the journey and reach the river which is unavailable to most people.

Bro.. We are using muncipal water TDS of which fluctuate between 200-350..we also have borewell its TDS is 700.. Please suggest me a purifier which works for both the sources and gives water with around 100 TDS levels.. with relatively lower maintenance (including mineral booster if any)

For Multiple water source, you have to go with RO water purifier. If you are has Urban Company Service, go with UC Native M1. It comes with a 2 Year free service and Low AMC of 4500 For next 2 Years. If not, Livpure Allura Premia is good. It comes with a 2.5 Year Free Service.

I dont think we have UC Service.. i heard that the water purifiers will reduce TDS levels by 90% and when TDS levels are fluctuating around 200-400, they will get reduced to 20-40 so it is better to buy a purifier with TDS adjuster.. can we fit TDS adjuster to models which do 100% RO purification? as i have seen the TDS adjuster and parts are available online and all we have to do is to divert the water and control the quantity diverted with a screw.. other wise Aqua Gaurd and Kent are the only options i have i think.. please suggest..

@@hrshvrdns You can not fit TDS Adjuster to exsisting machine. Some models come with TDS Controller and some models do 100% RO Purification and add minerals at the end of the Purification Process. Pureit models are 100% RO, even some Kent and Aquaguard models come with Mineralizer that adds minerals to the purified water. I have updated the list of best purifiers in description.
