Which is actually only half the truth. You can eat in 5 min what you burn in one hour. Most people eat more after exercise and move less for the rest of the day, completely nullifying or even reversing the effect.

No, you don't know if you have a 6 pack under that fat, it can be a 4 pack, 2 pack or an 8 pack, and ofcourse the 6 pack. All based on genetics.

1) Eat low-calory food rich in vitamins and water and avoid processed food (70%). 2) Move as much as possible (30%). In the worst case, you'll feel better and this will create a virtuous cycle. Less stress, less nervous hunger which means less calories, which leads to weight loss and so on.

In my very extensive yoyo dieting experience, this is the absolute truth right here. Nothing had as profound an impact on my body fat as regular extended multi day fasting where I consume nothing but water. Not only did the scale numbers slide off like crazy, but I could physically see and feel the difference on my body in as little as 3 days.

​@darkl3ad3r that's due to a massive caloric deficit. In the long term, maintain a small deficit, and your body will burn off fat for fuel. It's also much more sustainable than simply not eating.

@@nathanclaspell6003 nah it's all about insulin and blood glucose. When I eat a regular diet with a -500 to -1000 calorie deficit, I still struggle to burn actual fat and it all comes down to my insulin levels spiking up from even moderate protein meals, nevermind carbs. This causes my body not to burn fat and instead breakdown muscle and organs. However when I fast, my blood glucose and insulin are rock bottom and this is why I see such profound fat loss. It just works.

For anyone wondering: you can’t target fat loss like you can target muscle groups. Where the body deposits fat is varied form person to person and the only way to lose fat in any area is to remain in a calorie deficit.

Thanks negative Nancy! I’m actually very fit and on keto. I just wondered if there was some new type of information they had to give from a trusted channel of information. People ask constantly what the secrets are. And btw! It’s NOT less calories and more burn Einstein. Doesn’t work half the time esp w the toxins and hormones in everything. What nice people y’all are! I hate the ‘just stop eating’ part that people usually say. Because a person’s only way to get nutrients, all the vitamins, minerals etc is from the food. If you don’t eat or barely eat, you literally harm your health too. And a lot of “healthy food” has lots of calories (nuts, for instance). I’m thin af in everything except for belly, which is the only place in my whole body where the fat goes. And, you know, I can’t ‘just stop eating’, because I don’t need my muscles to ‘dissolve’ further. I only need the fat to go away from the belly, but it’s not possible to do with/without food. Regular gym is required. And that’s already more complicated than ‘just stop eating’

“Just stop eating” is bad advice but what people actually mean when they say that is eat less calories. You can get all the necessary nutrients you need in a day and remain in a deficit at the same time.

High Intensity (HIIT) exercises with strength training and reduced caloric diet. Find an exercise you love and stay in heart rate of 138 for 30 minutes finish with strength training. Takes time lose weight with consistency. Mindset is key and healthy diet/lifestyle since diet alone doesn't work.

Yeah, but, losing visceral fat is linked to a reduction in risk for diseases and other health problems, as high amounts of visceral fat is more dangerous to your health than subcutaneous fat. It's why the term "skinny fat" exists, for people who look thin outside, but inside they have an abundance of visceral fat around their organs, and potentially have NAFLD, along with nutrient deficiencies and low amounts of fitness and cardiovascular health.

I'm 1 unfortunate person. My face looks great at 80kg. At 66kg my 6packs don't show up & I already skinny as heck. Literally look like a walking skeleton. At 5'4" my healthy BMI is 50kg-67kg. 😂😂
