Also, take Red Apple’s direct competitors such as (Elite, Superior, Victory, or Spirit of 76’) they're all 40%+ cheaper than RA, even new items.

Ocean freight costs have gone down dramatically in the last couple of years. It has absolutely NOTHING to do with any government. Ocean rates for a 40-foot container were over $30,000 a couple of years ago, but are now only $10,000 to $12,000 to the Long Beach port. Those 24 canisters go for a minimum of $150 out here, and the closer you get to the 4th, you will pay $200 for it.
