If you really want to be efficient, you could use ninja or any skill that make you move faster, you could also ignore all the ! Room since you wont get any weapon there (except for elite enemies room)

To unlock weapon you need to get them specific amount of time depending in the rarity Common:2 uncommon:3 Rare:4 very rare(purple):6 epic:6 and Legendary:8 after you get that weapon that much time you will be able to craft it in forge

it's different in multiplayer mode, there is only chances for the shop to spawn with red weapon but in single player mode there will be a shop with a red weapon on every level
