We have not seen that. However, we do recommend using a short section of whip hose that can be frequently replaced to keep the wear life down and ensure the safety of the blaster.

Never seen a hose fail at the whip, but I have seen people give deadmans a reason for existing and lose their grip on the hose and blast the back of their helmets or a hip because they were fighting 10x the force they needed to be.

If your hand near the nozzle slips though, your going to the hospital with a broken nose or worse.
