You have to cut and juice it right away and drink it to be effective. Otherwise the live enzymes starts to die off.

Better to grow again. you can take a second cutting but it is usually not as good as the first.

It all comes apart, it is easy to clean but does take time. Yes, it has been working well, do not use it for any hard vegetables or fruit, only green leaves.
