I would like to know why you chose to go from 45 degrees to 90 degrees. Would it be easier to just bring your top hand closer to the edge of the horizontal bar and have the bottom hand go down a little further on the vertical one? Then you'd be doing a 60 degree flag or something like that. My initial feeling on this is that you could mark your grip position and gradually move it by an inch every week and sneak up on the 90 degree position. Is that wrong?

The grip in the bottom hand. The closer you are, the more weight will arrive in this hand. And pole of pull-up bar are often to big for your hand. So risk of slip increases. The 45° mean that a slip, your head will hit nothing. Less than that and it get dangerous. But if you have a proper way to grip better. Go head.

Hi, would you train both sides when doing the human flag or just stick to your strong side? Thanks
@CalisthenicsFamily2 жыл бұрын
Absolutely train both sides in order to prevent inbalances in your body :)
