Don’t forget to add 10% on top of the total. You will have pieces you can’t use because there will be extra but too small for a spot to cover or whatever the situation (waste). Some pieces in the original calc that might break in shipping, or defects you didn’t see initially, or you accidentally measure wrong, etc. Use common sense, keep it simple, attention to detail, systematic approach to everything we all do. Just charge for how much money you wanna make for the situation and take into consideration the size and scope and detail along with other factor like your labor cost and materials ... and you should be able to gauge your speed and quality on the job as well

The ceiling is 8 ft high So each wall gets two boards The 11’ walls you can use 12 footers (4) The 13’ walls will be (5) 12 footers (4) 12 footers for the ceiling That’s 12 sheets , say 14 just in case of any mistakes or damaged drywall This example used all 8’s but that’s more tape mudding and sanding If you can use boards that go wall to wall that’ll eliminate vertical seams and save you time
