This is the simplest and best way to eat a COD fish with rice . Cook time of less than 15 minutes and your dinner is ready to be served ! You can certainly taste the milky-ness within the Cod fish along with the soy sauce and sesame oil , just makes you drool for more after each bite !
Ingredients :
- 500 grams of Cod fish
- 30 grams of ginger
- 4 chopped onion roots
- A little chopped green scallions
- 3 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 2 cloves of chopped garlic
- 4 tablespoon of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- Dash of White pepper
- A little chopped Chinese coriander
