If 3 people are travelling with pet plz book 2 ticket together and one ticket separate, so that there is a chance of getting coupe( 2 seater). Some co passengers will not give NOC ( MY EXPERIENCE) if they are sharing our cabin . To get preference in coupe one has to go to RM office 1 OR 2 Days before and give request with vaccination , fitness certificate and adhaar card copy ,other wise you will be allot with cabin

The application basically helps to get either a full cabin or coupe, otherwise if you have booked 4 seats chances are high that you get all together. just in case if you don’t get it can be a problem they may deport your pet. mostly in 1Ac you get seats 4 hrs before. Sometimes from counter also if you go early before chart gets prepared they can allot a cabin.

In first AC, if it is 2 then it is called coupe and if it is 4 then it is called cabin. If you want to take your pet with you you have to either book both the 2 seats for coupe or all 4 seats for cabin.

You must should book 1 Ac 4 seats as of now because you are 4 people. Then send a letter to drm office to allocate cabin together as you are carrying pet. on day of travel at station only go to parcel office for pets boarding. they will give you one receipt.

Mostly post application submission you will get coupe only, but if luck is very bad then that’s right you will not be allowed to travel with pet. another scenario, once we didn’t submitted application and we got 2 seats in cabin, TT rejected our journey initially but he told if the other 2 people in the cabin are ok with pet then you can still board in. We were charged around 2k as per i remember.

Check where is the DRM office, you can submit in Hajipur itself. You need to submit it there, also you don’t need to travel, anybody can submit it on your behalf, there will be a drop box.

And at last on day 2 hr s before journey at station go to parcel office, and keep your Pet fitness certificate and vaccination certificate and get your pet travel booked
