Done all the above in 2 years depression and anxiety is getting worse day by day .only methylphenidate 20 mg with ardmodafinil 150 works that's too only for 3 hours alprazolam 0.5 2 time a day don't budge . Done two ketamine transfusion lifts mood for a little but nausea makes me more depress and anxious feels like suicide hi accha option hai . Na excercise karne ka dil hota hai na hi kuchh khane ka , yaha tak ki mein ect bhi try kar lunga bus aur anxiety aur depress nahi reh sakta , as a company founder I am going a downward spiral rather than upward jub ki sub accha ho raha hai life mein fir bhi.
