This way is cheaper. Immigration lawyers are super expensive and others charged a lot.

I disagree the K1 visa is complicated, very easy to do yourself. If you can read and follow instructions anyone can do it, you don't need any service. Get your girl in the Philippines some help, just check with travel agents they generally will have someone can help her or know someone who has experience with the process, you don't really need to pay big money to a lawyer to do this.
