Should i get armorer build before i start crafting?

You could but it's not mandatory, it increases the GS of crafted items, but they don't give experience bonus

When u craft with seal or inductor u still need food buf, armorer armor and 3 trophys and town buf to get 700gs?

Yes, you should always look to have all of those covered, however, if you have MD fort locked (for your faction), you can actually get away by downgrading one of the materials (not the primary one) with the lower version of prismatic and still get 700 GS, that way you save a lot of money! Example: If you have all buffs + MD fort, you can use X Prismatic Ingots (Primary), X Runic Leather, X Prismatic Cloth
