You should add that you can refine the hyaline brains and salvaged glass you get from the ships for nanites as well. The brains are refineable for 230 each so it’s another good source.

I found Radiant Shard to be very easy to farm, they’re not hard to get as long as you have advanced mining equipment, every 10 sell for 500 nanites I’ve made thousands of nanites using this method but no one is talking about it it’s the most efficient method I’ve seen so far hands-down it’s also little to no hassle nor does it take a lot of time

used to do the ship scrapping back when it was far easier to make money with cobalt method just buy 4-5 a-s class ships then scrap but then they nerfed it so it wasnt as viable

Hey, Bro! I remember that. HG also nerfed chlorine. I found that using the cash from scrapped sentinel ships to buy and sell black market upgrades for nanites is a great alternative.

If you are in an outlaw system that is dissonant, you can farm inverted mirrors/harmonic resonators from your ship without worrying about sentinel ships coming after you. While you are buying suspicious packets, you can also buy illegal goods to sell at the normal station to recoup some of the money spent on packets (just don't buy the gek-nip). What I often do is buy all the contraband and suspicious tech and arms packets from each outlaw station, then use the upgrades I am looking for to try and get top tier upgrades for whatever it is I am trying to get, and sell the rest, then if the outlaw vendor is selling any upgrades that I am looking for, I can buy them from the outlaw station, there isn't a huge difference in nanites gained from going to normal stations, so I just go to a normal system at the end of my run to cash out the few stacks of contraband I have acquired. I also try to remember to check the outlaw missions to see if there are any quick ones to do for good rewards.

You forgot to buy fluids, slimes, molds, larval and hadal cores, sell upgrades on pirate stations too, its about the same as normal stations, some you get more, some less
