This wave system is simply the best thing to farm cop cards, great addition from ther start, too bad we don't have it for other location But seriously, 1 hour 2xp from traveler + this weapon = fast leveling

You get it once at the beginning of the game, and then you can have it once a day as a prestige VIP

For simple VIP, any purchase. Can be even 1$ but any VIP benefit is available for 7 days. So you have to purchase something every 7 days to keep the benefits. For room with Brutalizer, you have to be lvl 10 VIP which is about 250$ in purchases.
