you did an amazing job being the translator for the Irish and american guys in Japan. Your channel just popped up in my feed. Sub'd.

I was convinced due to his videos in Korea YEARS ago, that Dubhan was in fact Clarence's brother (he did say he has a brother a while back.) But in a recent video it was stated Dubhan was his 'friend'? Anyone know more info? They even look quite similar, so I never even doubted it. I'd also be curious to know what exactly Dubhan does in Korea, as he doesn't seem to be a teacher or software guy.

Great content! What kind of material were you using for the straps at the end of the video?

I'm going to Korea soon for a holiday, do you know of any good weight lifting gyms I could do drop in sessions around the Seoul area?

Plenty of crossfit boxes in Korea, but I'm not aware of any good wl gyms

10:50 wtf was that lol😂 Edit: and if you need a patch on your neck when you rack the bar, isn't that a sign the the technic is incorrect?
@danhto3318 Жыл бұрын
Francisco Antonio Mosquera does that too and he is a world champ so i dont think it is really a problem

the knurling on the new eleiko bars were brutal. I didn't want a barbell hickey.
@tfwwhennofitlitgf3300 Жыл бұрын
it really depends on the bar. certain competition bars just have way too much center knurling (rogue pyrros bar, bane of my existence)

Really I don't understand that story about not bringing his weightlifting shoes, and even if he did not, why noone bought a pair for him (if Clarence did not want to do that too)? Clarence doing weightlifting without his shoes is like an expensive carbon road bike with stabilisers...

extra weight to carry around in his luggage, he already does weightlifting in metcons outside of this trip, he’s comfortable enough to do it proficiently

you also don’t need the best equipment to be a good lifter
