So you ran a wire straight to the battery, so you have constant power at the switch. Wouldn't your switch drain your battery. If you're not wired to the accessories side of it, I'm having that problem with mine may be im over thinking it, but I want it done right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@Christopher Sands no it does not because when the switch is turned off it does not allow the power to continue into the whips. the power stops at the switch. I also want to point out. I have the aux beam switch panel I'm about to install and thst Wil take care of any sort of issues like that. I personally do not like running anything directly off the battery. I would also suggest if you are going to do that, which I should of have mentioned in the video, sorry I did not. Add an inline switch between the unit and the battery. :( amzn.to/3QPOF4H
