I would suggest to import Huawei ONUs. My ISP provided it, and I'm using it with my TP-Link router, works great! I also replaced my friend's Syrotech ONU (BSNL) with the Huawei one with landline facility, since older one was causing network issues.

1)Cat 6 cable are usually used under 100m lenght if it is increased over 100m it can lead to LOS (Loss Of Signal) 2)Tenda routers don't support dual isp aggregation but you may use other Operating Systems to do that like mikrotik os 3)To increase your routers life try to switch it off for 5-10 mins everyday Hope it helps you
