Thanks Sifu, another great instructional Video. The importance of that fast-but powerful front leg P/kick is I think something lost because of the preference for many to go with the Powerful rear leg option. I for one, ceratinly need to work on that front leg version and getting it up and out faster with good technique. Thanks for sharing your insights.

yeah the exchange..its frightening to think of the poor attackers bladder condition after that kick .POP. they wont recover.. the best sifu in aus .
