Hope it helps someone, your WP Engine account is geographically tied so you cannot host sites in EU and US data centres under one account. With Kinsta there isn't such limitation.

Does DevKinsta support SQLite3? LocalWP (by WPEngine/Flywheel) has it disabled. When asked, they state we can install PECL extensions manually. It would work, if SQLite3 were not bundled into PHP almost a decade ago and not available as PECL extension since then. They explicitly disabled it in PHP for no reason and left me empty-handed.
