One of my few really smart life choices was buying a little semi-detached house in Strathcona, just west of downtown, when the market was in the tank in 1995... Bulldogs moved to Brantford a while back and may or may not return...

I do remain surprised I haven't heard any real efforts to build some low or mid rise condos in the beach neighbourhood. It seems like those would sell well, but I suppose neighbours don't want it.

It's as easy/difficult as for any other student. For sure doable as their is lots of different openings throughout Hamilton you just will need to apply to a bunch. The main sites id take a look for jobs would be Indeed and ziprecruiter. Also Linkedin is a good option too

Rolston Area is on the Westside of the Hamilton Mountain. I had to create a separate video going over the best and worst neighbourhoods on the mountai otherwise the video would have been too long.

Slow done when you speak. Less telecaster who hadn’t taken a breath in between words and more monotone. I couldn’t understand when you started speaking about another area because you don’t take a breath.
