The ultra facial cream is amazing. I don’t think it was heavy at all, for a cream. It did wonders for my skin.

I have a skin condition that makes me extremely dry and the Creme de Corps is a LIFESAVER for me. I have a compromised moisture barrier so I have to be really careful with soaps and cleansers, so my favorites are opposite for you! Thanks for explaining what you did or didn't like about the products, because all the thick, greasy, and filmy ones are exactly what my skin absorbs best!

I realize this video is old, but I wanted to elaborate on the ingredients for the Midnight Recovery products. Yes, there are essential oils used. There are also strict regulations on the usage of these oils based on the formula. For example, if you purchased a 3.4 oz(100 ml) bottle only 1% of the total formula is essential oils leaving the total oil at .034 ounces. Also, the effectiveness of the oil will depend on the grade of it. A+ therapeutic oils are the purest, ergo best/safest, version of said oil. 99% of the ingredients do indeed provide beneficial aspects to the skin providing antioxidant, anti microbial, anti inflammatory, anti carcinogenic, skin regenerative, smoothing, healing, and hydration. Hopefully you’ve chosen to give the dark spot another go and you used your SPH. Hope this helps.

I love their Super multi corrective face cream(I use this at night), vitamin c eye and face serum, calendula face wash, calendula toner, retinol serum, avocado eye cream, calendula mask and rare earth mask. I love their youth dose eye treatment as a primer for my eyes but sadly they have discontinued it.. :( for reference, I have combination skin. my husband uses the ultra facial cleanser, calendula toner, ultra facial cream, eye fuel cream and avocado mask. He has dry skin. As you can already tell, we are huge fans of Kiehl's lol.

Denat alcohol can be drying and some people are sensitive to it. But i find this formulation not drying at all, quite the opposite. It all depends on ur skin and what it can tolerate, I would suggest getting a sample first as it’s quite pricey😊

It may be drying depending on how it’s formulated but it won’t cause cancer or anything like that.

Everyone’s skin is different What’s oily or filmy for you won’t be for someone else It’s good to share your experience but also that doesn’t mean the product isnt good. It’s like hair - I wouldnt put a serum or oil on FINE hair. But for others it may be wonderful. So to say it’s a poor product wouldnt be accurate. To try products on different skin types and issues would be much more helpful as a review So I think going forward that would be helpful for your viewers. I did appreciate your thoughts though!

Hey Lea, thanks for the feedback. I totally agree with you that everyone’s skin is different and in this video I’m only speaking of my own experience and not everyone else’s. I don’t mean to offend anyone who enjoys any of the products that I don’t enjoy myself. It’s just my personal experience with the products and how it felt on my skin, but def not a fact! I will make sure to mention that in my future reviews. At the moment, I’m the only one handling this channel and it’s not possible for me to be testing out products on other people.
