The movie "The Secret" makes it seem like manifesting a request is easier than it really is... don't get sucked in to that, you attract what you are! Nothing will come to you without effort, even these mental exercises they teach are tiring and until you get what you want it takes a long time! It's not as simple as the movie makes it seem!
