Two years ago, I was parked up in the hills miles from the town where I lived in Arizona. It was about 2 A.M. I was casually looking up at the stars and soon an extremy bright narrowe light emanated from space and nearly blinded me. Then it immediately disappeared. I have never experienced anything like that before and nobody I know has, either. I would be very, very interested as to how this was a man-made event. The light source was way beyond near=earth from what i could tell.
