Not going to say anything except that there is more evidence for them being tombs then anything else. Yes they found partial remains of a mummy in the step pyramid and book of the dead written inside the chamber of pharaoh Unas. There is even much ,much more evidence like being located in graveyards or "burial complexes". Now you can go ahead and start throwing out insults and false evidence,thank you!

:) the Egyptians didn't build the pyramids. you dont need to be an Egyptologist to know this. Just common sense. Honestly... Lucky for the Egyptians they inherited them. Uve seen the tests they tried to do a few decades ago to cut and minor sized block... it took them 2 days to cut around a few inches, not that productive lol. Its well known the Egyptians documented everything, everything but pyramid building. A great example of tech vs tech is the granite statues highly polished, perfectly symmetrical in every way. Then over the top Egyptian text has been crudely chiseled into it, very rough not symmetrical nor straight and claiming it for some current leader of the time + some flare to link the statue and the text together. The obvious traits of human nature come shining through here. If you created such a marvel then high polished it... you would NOT scratch it up with what i can only say is graffiti. on a side note: if you take the time look into the granite vases and the study they did on them. its an eye opener it really is.
