Absolutely loved the concept of the levels of Rastafarian food. More and more people are realizing the health benefits of going meat free. ive been a vegetarian all my life, moving towards becoming a vegan (just have to quit yogurt) and trying to fast atleast 1 day a week. I try not to eat anything solid at all. just fluids which is mainly 5-6 glasses of hot water, some buttermilk, some juice or some fruits or raw veggies like cucumber, tomatoes and carrots. Im trying to take this fasting to the next level by eating 1 solid food just once a day. Its amazing how easily you can get rid of so many life style diseases by just changing your diet. Even my vision improved naturally in the last 6 months time. no headaches, no body aches, no muffin top belly, no lethargy. im 47 but dont look a day over 35. The best alternative to gluten food is millets. either whole or using millet flour to make flat breads, use in soups. MIllets are a power house of nutrients compared to wheat flour or rice.

This is awesome, thanks for the video. I love how educational these videos have been leaning and learning about other cultures and sub-cultures, so it's like learning about Jamaica, but then Rastafarian as well.

I have to say the breakfast he had with the young man looks like some of the most delicious food I've ever seen presented on youtube.
