Awesome! The food in Guangzhou is absolutely excellent. Really good choice for a first stop in China. Check out the food in Shunde (8 minute fast train ride just south of Guangzhou) next time you're in China! Somehow even exceeds Guangzhou's standards.

7:44 pig feet and the egg is soak in a sweet vinegar mix for a week or so which turns them that black color. Delicious especially if you soak them with boiled peanuts 😋 my mom makes these for the winter as a dessert. Vinegar is good for immune system.

That last girl is why I love china. Locals, esp younger generation, aren't afraid to interact with tourists and practice their English. It's the ones who speak TOO GOOD English that you have to be careful of as it's usually the sign of a scam esp in big tier one cities like this. Great video Sonny

gizzard is more muscular, liver is vascular which translates too, gizzard is a tough meat and liver is an iron tasting meat :))) hope that kinda helps, but the best way to tell them apart is to try them :)
