Should an 200 ek hunt them one by one or waste and use exori on 2+

It depends how much of a rush you are in to complete them. If you are running by them with melee I am sure you will be able to 1 shot most of them without having to slow down much. But they are quite fast so easy to group up if you get 2 or 3 on the screen.
