while im sure its nice to get a box of munchies while flying cross country, i remember when they would actually feed you a real meal.....it was only your standard compartmentalized tray,like a TV dinner,but it was more than just prepackaged chips and cookies...usually a choice of chicken,beef or fish,with mashed potatoes,and a veggie....and apple or peach cobbler for dessert...with actual utensils,and those little mini cans of soda to wash it down. i think air travel has lost something in the translation.

I have one 😬 I prepaid for an Alamo rental and our flight was delayed 2 hours. Didn’t get to MCO until 2am. Zero cars left!! It was a struggle but they ended up reimbursing us plus reimbursement for all Uber rides during the trip. We ended up enjoying just using Uber but there were only 2 of us. Get there early!!

Glad it was a fun and safe trip. This Florida humidity is no joke. I once flew from Orlando to LA in the summer and stayed in Santa Monica. It was a high of 72 and low of 58 at the beach and I was freezing! haha. That's basically a winter day in Florida.

I’m glad for Katie’s sake that you guys always get to fly on big planes! 🙌 When id fly to and from university, one leg of the journey was always on a Beechcraft 1900D, a 19 seat plane 😳. It always scared the living daylights out of me and I don’t mind flying. It was so rough and there was no door to the cockpit so you could see right out of the front of the plane which was freaky at times!! At least since there was only 19 seats, you always got to sit by yourself because there was only one seat on each side of the plane 😛. No amenities though, no food or movies or wifi or drinks 🤷‍♀️. One flight, an alarm in the cockpit was sounding the whole time and the pilot was flipping through manuals panicked basically the entire flight. The lady sitting in front of me was bawling and recording the whole thing, thinking we were going to crash. Thank the lord we didn’t 😅.

The full Air Pixar experience from beginning to end.. what a delightful tour ... So crazy how LA and its* surroundings is in what looks like a huge superdome amongst the mountains and the ravishing sea.. am I right ... 1st class is the best way to travel .. a salute to your flight crew and their attentiveness for your experience

IMO since I've gone 1st class, I can't go back. I know I'm dating myself but that actually used to be business class in the 80s first class was even more plush. Entering the plane you'd go right for business/economy and you'd go left for first class. No stream of other passenger walking by. Got on & off plane first. No rush & wrageling with overhead luggage. The trays were higher& wider. I don't like how they're placed in the center armrest. Ik. Health issues have kept me from traveling the last few years.After this covid thing I'm hoping to travel again. Ty for sharing ❤

That was the turbulence I had coming back to San Diego in April over Texas. It was like riding Tower of Terror. Worst turbulence I’ve ever experienced coming back from Dworld.
