In most ways the universe is silent, but i find it speaks the most to me when I am silent. In that way I allow the quiet voice of the of the universe to come through. So by quietning the voice of my own chattering mind I allow the " universe" to be heard. It's best not to try and compel it to talk to you. Best to just wait on it patiently and allow the voice of the universe to come through. Often it's like nothing is coming to you, while on other days it says a lot. It just depends. It is most obvious when we practice finding our quietness on a regular basis and at a regular time. 😊🙏🤝🏼😀
