Frozen will always be one of Madonna's best songs, ever. The harmony and the musical orchestra that lines that song made it an instant favorite. There are several great covers in this set but the last two harmonizing together was GOOSE BUMPS all over. The emotion was there and they truly birthed the song in the way it should have been, as the Queen of Pop intended. Bravo.

Madonna songs are difficult to cover because more than any other artist, when you hear a Madonna song, you instantly think of Madonna. She was one of the first pop stars to use music videos for promotion and those images are forever imprinted on anybody who knows anything of pop culture. She's definitely pulled off some impressive vocals in her forty year-career, but she's not so much a singer as she is an entertainer. A pop star. She's only marginally talented in many areas of the arts, but she was also smart enough to know that combining them would be powerful once she pressed enough buttons to get the world's attention.
