Louise has an exceptional and unique voice - soulful, warm and absolutely captivating. And her interpretation of all the songs she sang quite phenomenal and her musicianship quite fantastic. She'll get a recording contract for sure. I will most definitely keep an eye out for her LPs!! But her audition performance of "Indigo Noght" was for me still my favourite - the way she started (a cappella) and built it up, with "Take On Me" a close second. Incredible performances.

She is talented for sure and she knows musicality, how to build a song, and she is authentic so she right there and I can't wait to see as her voice matures what she becomes. Just let her be her and teach her how to round the sound a little bit sometimes.

@@kristineanderson4983 Sometimes when she sings the vowels of certain words she doesn't shape her mouth creating her unique vocal style. The note doesn't feel full it feels pinched and with more muted tone. Think of the choice like an instrument like a trumpet. When you put a mute in it or change the shape of the bell of a horn it changes the sound quality. I like what she does, but at certain parts in the song, especially when phrasing it there are moments where she could open more space between the teeth and round out her mouth shape, modify the vowel a bit and round it out. Creating that contrast of style at the appropriate moment would be very satisfying to both singer and listener and only highlight what she does well. It is a technique but with a little coaching it would help her be a bit more nuanced. She is great but a little bit here and there would take it next level.
