When you share the frame to friends/family-do they get full access to the frame, for example, are they able to change the slideshow timings etc?

Someone commented on another video that it gives off a little beeping noise between photos. Does it really do that or did the other owner potentially have a defective model?

We didn't experience any beeping, so maybe their model was defective!

Happy to help! Simply download the Aura app, select add a new frame, and your phone will automatically find and pair with it. You then use the app to connect it to wifi, and once the frame is added, you are prompted to add your photos. I had photos playing on the unit within 4 or 5 minutes of unboxing. For the slideshow or how to re-organize, you have the options to adjust the timing for how long the images show, the photo order (chronological or shuffle), whether video playback is automatic or not, speaker volume settings, whether the light sensor auto-on/off for the unit, language, and Wi-Fi connection.

Does the aura carver luxe had play iPhone Live photo feature? Do any of the aura frames play Live Photos?

Yes, you just have to ensure "autoplay videos" is enabled on the frame. If that setting is disabled, the live photos will display as still images.

can you download the pictures onto your phone that your friends have sent to the frame?

Yes, if you click into the photo you'll get a "save" option on iPhone or a "download" option on Android devices

1. It's similar to an iPhone. From the app's menu, you click into the "photos" section, tap the photos you want to remove, tap "next," and then choose to remove the selected photos or exclude them from your slideshow 2. Yep!
