Betún Alemán
90 gramos de mantequilla
2 yemas de huevo
1 lata de leche evaporada (clavel)
1 Cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1/2 Taza de nuez picada
2 Tazas de coco
1 1/4 Taza de azúcar
En una olla de fondo grueso poner a hervir la mantequilla, el azúcar y 3/4 de la leche evaporada, mientras esto llega a su punto de ebullición mezclar en la leche restante las dos yemas de huevo y reservar.
Una vez que se derritió la mantequilla y llegó al hervor vamos a temperar la mezcla de leche y yemas y después lo vamos a integrar a la olla sin quitar del fuego. Debemos esperar a que vuelva a hervir esta mezcla, una vez en ese punto, agregar el coco y la nuez y dejar hervir una última vez, apagar el fuego y entonces agregar el extracto de vainilla.
Dejar enfriar por completo antes de utilizarse.
Pastel básico de chocolate
1/2 taza de leche
1 Cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1/2 taza de aceite vegetal
1/2 taza de azúcar
1/2 taza de cocoa en polvo
2 huevos
2 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
1 1/2 taza de harina
1/4 cucharadita de sal
Betún Alemán
90 grams of butter
2 egg yolks
1 can of evaporated milk (carnation)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of walnut chopped
2 cups of coconut
1 1/4 cup sugar
In a heavy-bottomed pot, bring the butter, sugar, and 3/4 of the evaporated milk to a boil, while this reaches its boiling point, mix the two egg yolks in the remaining milk and reserve.
Once the butter is melted and it comes to a boil, we are going to heat the milk and egg yolks mixture and then we are going to integrate it into the pot without removing it from the heat. We must wait for this mixture to boil again and once at that point, add the coconut and walnut, let it boil one last time, turn off the heat, and then add the vanilla extract.
Let cool completely before using.
Basic chocolate cake
1/2 cup of milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
2 eggs
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon of salt
