"BET YOU CAN'T EAT TWO" The $200 "Grand Canyon" BBQ Platter Challenge Is The BIGGEST in Arizona!

OVER 12LB OF BARBEQUE? Today we attempt a massive bbq platter challenge. Brisket, Ribs, sausage, chicken, pulled pork, turkey, all the best smoked meats and delicious southern cuisine sides! Today we are in Prescott Arizona at State 48 BBQ to take on their Grand canyon BBQ challenge x 2! Yes, the restaurant wanted me to double the challenge and set the bar high (as if eating 6lbs of food isn't enough)! Today we had 60 minutes in order to get the $200 bbq meal for free! I had to pick 3 sides to go along with the challenge, but otherswise the challenge featured all their delicious bbq meats cooked in a texas style bbq fashion, with salt pepper, and a delicious heacy smoke. They also made all their signature bbq sauces which were amazing!
Can we beat the biggest bbq challenge in arizona? or will this giant man vs food challenge beat us?

Of all the meats on that platter, I'd have to go with the burnt ends and pulled pork first. But really, you can't go wrong. Those sauces sounded really good as well! I do love me some mustard based sauce. And omg that potato was freaking massive! lol. When you held it up, what a girthy fella.

Great plug for the restaurant. Hope to make it there some day, morelikely in my retirement years. When I watch your videos I'm usually javing lunch or dinner. So today's lunch is my homemade chilli. So I smoke a 3lb brisket and shred that into my chilli. I always get compliments about it. What do you like as a condiment on ur chilli. Cheese? Sour Cream? Salasa? Corn chips? Parm cheese? Crackers? Great challenge
