I don't know why is that, but Hino said that Steam and PS version will have little longer story, and maybe little different so you can't transfer your save from switch to PS and PC because of those different things.

@@lordtoomas But it wasn't called Shoot Command 07 in the original Japanese Either. It was called Double Shot. It's just that all Protocol Omega peeps call their moves as Shoot or Offence command. Both in sub and dub
