I love the wild swing in completion of sprites. You've got some that are not only complete but totally animated too (like the Sandile line), and then you've got... whatever the FUCK is going on with all the legendaries.

Final design: Full animated too Musharna: 0:37 Drilbur: 1:00 Sandile lines: 1:27

Nah, I disagree. The final Kyurem's wings being way more broken and asymmetrical as well as it being so hunched down sell the idea of it being the "leftovers" of Reshiram and Zekrom more effectively. Still clearly very powerful and intimidating but also looking as if a lot of its great power has since been taken from it.

​@@The_D_ray It seems like Accelgor just didn't exist at this point in the games development, and Escavalier was initially planned to be Shellmet's evolution. With Karrablast having it's own non-trade evolution that got scrapped.

I like some of the beta designs, but i think they pretty much nailed their respective final versions. Its also interesting to see that based on dex order karrablast and shelmet were not originally going to have the same trade gimmick, if they evolved by trade at all. I like kyurem beta but i think final kyurem is the best version, it looks uncomfortable and clunky in the final design and i think that fits better than the beta especially after getting black and white kyurem forms that show a more competent kyurem diagetically. Should also add that elgyem and beheeyem were actually terrifying in their beta forms and I'm split on whether id find them more memorable that way

Not gonna lie, the designs of the legendary Pokemon look cool, even if they’re not finalized. The way Kyurem looks here reminds me of Giratina’s beta sprite a bit; completely different but just as good as the final design.

Zoroark sprite looked so much better in beta tho. In final verision it has this kinda derpy/flat face expression but here it looking so much more intimidating and cooler (well it has more in cammon with the design from the official artworks). Idk why they changed that but in the end it still my favourite pokemon so it dosen't matter that much lol.
