Beta Techno Piston Slap Fix

1998 Beta Techno with piston slap. Sent the cylinder to Millennium Tech to have a Nicasil Plating and machined to the new piston.

Ha! No, just a mirrored video on the second one. Look at the plastics and tank. Its a beta techno, left kick. Got a new piston and rings, and new nicasil lining in the jug.

Had to buy a new piston and rings. Sent both piston and cylinder head off to Millenium-Tech to have nicasil coating put on the cylender bore to match the new piston. www.millennium-tech.net/serviceInfo.php?id=1

Basically the piston was too loose in the cylinder from wear.

@@mmmmadrenaline Can they coat nicasil on any engine cylinder bore? Wow, i thought that was a factory only option.

@@ChuddleBuggy I believe they can do it on any cylinder bore. It's been a while since I had had it done, I don't remember all the details, but I think I remember reading there are some limitations.
