The initial dive to the set altitude seems a bit aggressive and could be tough for some wings to handle. It would be awesome if there were an option to glide smoothly to the target altitude instead of diving straight down. That way, it could conserve energy, especially on long-range flights otherwise looks great!! nice work! 👏

Yeah I'd love to have more people trying it. But the day was indeed pretty smooth, almost no wind. If you have a wing with FC that has a target in BF or willing to rebuild one with BF FC, we can give it a go :) not gonna be user friendly for initial setup with servos, but that's how it is now.

@@noramas. Inav has enhanced stuff like vtol, waypoint missions, enhanced fligh modes, auto tune, it has nice configurator UI for planes / wings. In BF it's all in CLI so far and tested only by one person on two planes lol, and code still in progress. In my subjective opinion BF can fly sharper on wings cuz of few improvements, it's very nice for zooming around in acro like crazy, hitting gaps etc.

привет, ты не сравнивал работу миксера для крыла с остальными прошивками? Я заметил, что в бетке весь диапазон движения сервы может быть использован для одного канала. Т.е. Если ты полностью отклонишь питч - обе сервы подниму или опустят элевоны на максимум. По идее, должно оставаться пространство для другой оси, если ты к полностью отклоненному питчу добавишь ролл - вместо движения обоими элевонами бетка подвинет только один т.к. второй и так в максимуме. Тут напрашивается аналогия airmode только для серв. В айнаве просто миксер использует 50% диапазона для каждой оси, но, интересно было бы динамически менять это значение.

@@mikenomatter привет. В миксер не смотрел пока глубоко. Там есть что-то подобное air mode. Когда я даю 100% pitch, ещё чутка остаётся для roll, и как-то там это миксится интересно.
