This new female take on some well chosen LED ZEPPELIN classics is refreshing & truly thrilling. BETH's mighty vocal soars and swoops like a Red Kite in flight, she literally enters & then inhabits these songs. She is in my top 10 all time favourite vocalists, (that includes both male & female), and turns rust to gold at every turn. I have ordered this fine album on vinyl and CD formats, coz I do not do fresh air!!!!!!! I also get goosebumps hearing this amazing lady sing Darlene.

Bands doing Zeppelin covers is a very risky business: Beth and her Boys have emerged unscathed here. Got some of that throat-grunting strut-and-swagger of Tina Turner's smoky version of this timeless classic, and the sublime naughtiness of Beth completes the pretty picture. "Back-door TRAMP" was an inspired substitution, lol! My two favorite female Zeppelin channelers are now Heart and, yes, HART.
