What an utterly amazing and stunning woman, and inspirational singer too. I've not found Beth through and troubles of my own, but through a friend who was listening to Light On. I cannot stop listening to her songs, looking forward to the UK tour in 2020 ........ just Wow, why had i never heard of Beth Hart before ? I'm absolutely reeling from the emotion of her deep and powerful music.

I do hope to experience that, I’m from Florida but live in North Carolina. I have always loved the blues dating back to my first concert in 1972 when I got to see my favorite band The Rolling Stones. I have read a lot of messages that compare Beth to Janis and others, but as you pointed out, the spiritual side of her is what makes her songs hit the heart and soul. I can’t believe that It took me going through a bad divorce after 30 years to find her, but they say that every cloud has a silver lining, well this one is pure Gold!!!

I saw her live about a year ago. You will love seeing her live, Mark. It won't be your average concert. It'll be a spiritual experience, because Beth talks to you about her life and her songs, what inspired them and what they mean to her. It's like spending time with a close friend. It's unlike anything I've ever experienced in a live music show. That's what makes her shows and her art so special.

Great voice sad attitude. She is unreliable. My wife and I bought tickets to see her in Chicago last year and she cancelled due to illness. But we were told to hang on to our tickets and there will a make up concert. Which is fine. So this year's event 4/25/2019 (THE make up concert) came. And we were excited and traveled the 125 miles to Chicago to see her. Before leaving we checked to make sure it was still a go,all green lights. 4 hour's and 125 miles we get the text. We're sorry Beth is sick and we regrettably have to cancel (CANCEL!) AND we got the same line. Please hold on to your tickets and we'll let you know when she doesn't have a sniffle. Chicago is not impressed. Must be because she's finally broke through the million dollar mark and simply doesn't care. Sad because that's exactly what will kill her career. And if she doesn't address her drug abuse (which I believe is the real problem) she'll be dead before she turns 50. Which is only 3 years. I see on one of these comments that she's the Janis Joplin of the new age. I think they're right. Janis died early and famous too.

Most singers know from experience that it is never a good idea to sing a whole concert when they are ill because the strain to their vocal cords could really do some damage for some time. It's unfortunate that it happened twice in the same city. I'm sure she cared as she still plays lots of smaller venues, and lays it all out on the stage every time.
