She only wants Addy to be safe, unlike Collette who is so damn selfish to bring in a teenager into HER mess. Beth obviously wasn’t okay with Collette bringing in Addy into this and she should be.

Admit it! Beth is a exact modern version of Effy from Skins you can't change my mind. We all loved Effy. Both are complex, round and mysterious characters. In which only one person comes to understand a little part of them and with which they cling to the end, but if they lose them their emotional balance (in Beth's situation is Abby and in Effy's is Freddie) could collapse completly plus they look exactly the same
