That mug turned out so cute it would make such a cute gift to make a mug and fill it with little wrapped candies like mints or butter scotch candies or sonthing or put packets of hot cocoa or some tea bags or even maybe some instant coffee into the mug before gifting it. Or depending on who your gifting it to it coukd also be cut and fun to place a small plush toy inside the mug and make your own vesion of the mugs you see in like WalMart and like Walgreens and CVS for example witb the little stuffed animals sitting in the mugs.

I regret buying nothing. I may not use everything but I regret nothing. Eventually I MAY use them so... no rehrets. This cup is sooo cute. Personally I would have used a different color for the 1st m. But that's just me. I don't have kids but my neices and nephews do so this is a great gift idea for them. I bought a little lap table to use for my laptop. It has a beanbag type one side and a hard plastic on the other. It is perfect for using for holding things like mugs. Just put the table part on the table and the beanbag part on top. It lays flat on the table while it has a cushioned area for the mug. It works great for me. I got it on Amazon. Of course. I LOVE this series. I hope you do more. Another great video.

This turned out very sweet! I don’t regret any of my purchases for my new crafting hobby with Cricut. I find that I don’t use my bright pad that much, but it’s very useful when weeding glitter vinyl. Can’t believe there’s only one day left in this gift guide... how time flies. 💜

I love the mug idea!! As for the question of the day, I haven't really bought anything that was a waste of money. I usually do ALOT of research before buying anything. Also, so sad that this is the 14th day. I'm really going to miss this series, but can't wait to see what you do for Christmas!!!

Yes Yes Yes - these are “always” a lovely gift. This is a very sweet idea... You can fill them with instant coffee packs or milk chocolate & marshmallows or small candies and all is well. Ummm I do not have any craft item regrets but the weeding ring is the one thing that I have but never remember to use. 🙃😉. Oh well - thank you for sharing...!!

You make it look so easy when it comes to applying vinyl. I struggle with getting it onto the transfer sheet. Any suggestions to help make the process a little stress free?

Make sure you press down on both sides with your scraper to ensure that the vinyl and transfer tape really meet.

Honestly I don't think there's been anything I've bought for my crafting that I regret buying. There has been some stuff I've bought that haven't used much if at all atleast not yet anyway because maybe I came across it and been like oh I can use this in my crafting, or oh I bet I could make some cute stuff witb this, or oh this would be fun to try out without really even knowing how to use the irems or what I would use them for.

I think my biggest regret was buying the original cricut machine when it first came out many years ago. There were so many variables as far as adjusting the pressure of the blade, what paper you used, and on and on. It never cut right. I tried so many things to fix it… None worked. I eventually trashed it. I now own the joy and the explore air two and I couldn’t be happier. Lesson learned: never buy the first of any machine. Wait a while and learn everything you can about it. Of course, back then, there was no KZbin to help you figure things out 🤪

I don’t use the iPad version of Design Space, but I think I’ve been told that the curve feature isn’t available on that version.

Hi do you seal the mugs and what would you recommend as I can feel the vinyl on the mug it isn’t smooth ???

I don’t seal mine. There really isn’t a way to smooth the vinyl on the mug since it is an adhesive product that lays on top of the surface.

I like to visually design so I can get the sizing just right. Also, it allowed me to place the pink M down with the bear so I could start my aligning and spacing. :)
