I am touched by Papa Bill's love for people. So natural. It's the evidence of his love for God. How he and Benni visited the older couple back then made me think a lot. What a drastic contrast with many Christians who act so much like politicians- only paying attention to perfecting the mask they show the world. Yes, God desires mercy, not sacrifice

there is a glitch in the broadcast at 1 hour 23 minutes - right when Pastor Johnson is giving the "scary passage of communiun" . I'm not getting the full meaning of this part of the message - can anybody clarify for me? I know I need to hear this. Thank you

I don't know what all got skipped by the glitch, but I believe that the "scary passage" that he referred to is part or all of this passage: 1 Corinthians 11:27-32 NIV [27] So then, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of sinning against the body and blood of the Lord. [28] Everyone ought to examine themselves before they eat of the bread and drink from the cup. [29] For those who eat and drink without discerning the body of Christ eat and drink judgment on themselves. [30] That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep. [31] But if we were more discerning with regard to ourselves, we would not come under such judgment. [32] Nevertheless, when we are judged in this way by the Lord, we are being disciplined so that we will not be finally condemned with the world.
