I see that a LOT of people are hating, saying that she is overweight, fat, etc and shouldn't be instructing others on exercise. Why the heck not? First off she isn't FAT, she has a LOT of MUSCLE under her fat making her legs and butt look bigger. That's WHY and HOW the workout actually WORKS! Why would you have a woman with no butt telling you how to get one? Her workout vid is aimed at enlarging your butt while making it toned at the same time. You do that by developing muscle under the fat. So you don't necessarily want to burn fat in that area just gain muscle. Soooo, she would be the PERFECT body type to instruct you on doing just that. If you aren't trying to get a big ass then guess what... THIS VIDEO JUST ISN'T FOR YOU!!! Go find one that is and stop hating and judging people's bodies!!! And equally, just because someone has a bubble butt doesn't mean that they AREN'T fit either. Or even if they have a small tummy... mind you she was coming back from having a baby at this point. Also there are even overweight people who are extremely fit. For example, the trainer at my local Bally's was very overweight but her classes were extremely high intensity and hard to get through. I practically crawled out of there and I'm a martial artist. Lol. Though she showed people how to do the exercises at a lower intensity, She herself did the whole class at the high intensity, and all the while TALKING through it giving counts and instructing. And she wasn't huffing or puffing out of breath while doing it! Turns out she had lost almost 300 lbs and decided to be a fitness trainer. But if someone didn't know her or her story, they would just JUDGE her and say that she was just fat, lazy, unfit, and unhealthy. When NONE of that is true.

Isn't it amazing how pheadra lost weight but everybody talks s*** about her video but she was able to lose weight as a fitness person I can tell you straight up the best time to sell fitness videos is when you're overweight cuz you will be motivated to lose weight that's the best motivation so I think that pheadra Parks did a good job with losing weight and that explains why she actuallyI've been in shape my whole life and I can tell you that sometimes the biggest motivation of selling videos is when you're big I have worked with several big girls that were more motivated by recording themselves and making money off of their recordings

And you don't think any black person can mimic a white person dancing? Fact of the matter is (& I'm white and proud to be so I don't take pride in saying it) but black people have been dancing as a culture since the beginning of their heritage. Its only natural that they have it in their genes more than white folk. I agree that many white folk can dance but I personally see it come more naturally to blacks than whites. Everything is relative. In my opinion, the best way to figure out "who" is a good dancer is to compete in a dance off and let professionals judge. In the case of this show...the white girl and the black girl danced...and not surprising I felt like the black girl had more rythem. Bethany was getting soooo competitive and ugly for a minute there that if that black chick really wanted to humiliate her she would have said "okay let's do this dance off starting over..and don't do any of those 2 dance moves you just did" (because I have a feeling Bethany uses those dance moves any and every time she dances in public). That's just my guess. I teach dancing 3 days a week..and I go club dancing frequently and I've seen a lot. As for twerking, I've never been a fan of it.. I throw a twerking in only around my girlfriend's when we are being silly but it's more to get a laugh in. I guess what I'm trying to say that judging what style of dance is good is not possible really. We all like what we like. In judging a person's natural ability to learn rhthym.. that can be judged more accurately. I teach different ethnic people dance they've never tried and I see a pattern that blacks pick up on the beat quicker.
